At home, your family defines agreements and rules so that well-being is common to the local residents, visitors and neighbours. Such cares as doing the dishes, taking out the garbage, verifying whether the padlocks are locked are all important. This is what we can call ‘operating routine’.
At Imerys’ Plant, with much greater dimensions and responsibilities, the process is similar, but, the use of more specific, systemised tools is required in order to control all of the processes.
Such tools are a set of rules that act as a map for all coordinates on environmental performance and health & safety. Each employee is responsible for following the standards that guarantee the good financial and non-financial performance of the Group. At Imerys, economic and operating success must always be connected to safety and socio-environmental responsibility.
