Training & talent
Imerys believes in the talent and development of its employees. For this reason, it offers educational opportunities (educational assistance) and training scheduled by the management, which is based upon an analysis of the requirements identified each year during the Performance Assessment process.
Another area that brings about important results is on-the-job training. Each Manager is accountable for the OJT provided for his direct reports. OJT is always registered and followed up.
Whenever required, the Company also provides qualification training such as:
Autonomous Maintenance;
Supervisor Training;
Leaders Training;
Adult Education Programs (Secondary and High School);
Language training (English).
